#AZŌNETĀ TOGETHER WE CAN

Build A Better Tomorrow

WHO WE ARE

AZŌNETĀ is a registered charity in Canada.

We started off by primarily focusing on poverty alleviation and promoting zero hunger in rural communities across Umuchu in Aguata Local Government Area (LGA) of Anambra State, Nigeria.

The idea behind AZŌNETĀ was inspired by the challenges and hardships that have plagued businesses, families and individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic. We decided to spring into action to play our part within the global community, with an emphasis on supporting our smaller rural communities within Umuchu.

Today, AZŌNETĀ has expanded its goals to deliver positive impacts in people’s lives by adopting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals as a framework for our projects. As we continue to build new collaborations and partnerships, we look forward to expanding our mission across sub-Saharan Africa.

We would also like to acknowledge our tireless volunteer in Ghana, Francis Adu Afari for being our boots on the ground and helping this project run smoothly.

AZŌNETĀ would also like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of Kelsie Francis who spent countless hours preparing social media content to bring awareness to this campaign.
